But today I embarrassed myself and had to call for help for someone at the gym.

I immediately left the gym in embarrassment, a girl on the bench next to me was giggling. WHAT THE FUCK? I am not gonna record myself because I would look like a fucking tool filming myself failing on 135. How do I fix this bullshit? It's fucking humilating. I don't fucking get it, I am convinced I am lacking testosterone.

Yeah looks pretty underdeveloped compared to your triceps and shoulders. If you are embarrassed to do normal bench, then you can try doing the butterfly machine to target the pectoralis major without using your triceps as a crutch. Also makes it less obvious how much weight you are lifting on the machine.

After incline, I do shoulders on sperate days, but fatigue isn't the issue as I've always been weak af on flat, couldn't even bench the bar when I first started lifting. It fuckin sucks cause at school during weight training everyone expects me to be able to bench heavy and I make a fool out of myself Infront of all the girls and guys who are smaller than me.
