So I read that certain exercises like bur-pees, leg lifts, swimming, and hanging exercises can increase your height by a little. Do you guys think this is accurate or is it just a meme?

You can but only if your initial posture is complete shit.

It's a meme you don't grow after your bones have lost their growth plates at the end of adolescence
You can /look/ taller if you correct you posture and stand up right. Also you /are/ 1-2 cm taller in the mornings due to intervertebral disks being thicker from night rest. They lose fluid and therefore thickness during the day.
Also your image is BS, the two guys on the right are the hottest IMO

So it is true.../fit/ truly is gay.
Maybe a little, but it would definitely be within an inch. When I work out I'm a hair over 5'7" because of the compression of my spine, but if I stretch out by doing hangs and stuff I get around 5'7.5". Realistically you're better off getting jacked and fixing your posture. Any actual gains in height are just decompression of your spine, assuming you're done growing

Every legend is rooted in fact, isn't it.

>implying that growth exercises don't exist
Just stretch to the ceiling and whisper "grow. grow. grow" for 5 minutes a day.
