Hello /fit/, work is changing and I won't be able to make it to the gym everyday, looking to maybe go to a full body workout every other day. What are your recommendations on a good full body workout?

Where does it say in the sticky what is /fit/'s favorite exercises when doing full body workouts or in which order they prefer or how many times to hit the same muscle group? Did you even read my inquiry?

READ THE FUCKING STICKY ASSHAT
Anyone want to talk about full body workouts instead of fags or skellys?

I FUCKING HAVE RETARD

If you have read the sticky and haven't found your answer, that means you are even more retarded than the fagtrons that post here without having read it. Congratulations.

The sticky mentions nothing about
>>40848877
I'm not asking which the prefer, in terms of a full body workout vs isolating. If you had the reading comprehension above a third grader you would know that.
Starting Strength
Stronglifts
Greyskull
Sean's Stripped 5x5
Pretty sure 3 of those 4 are in the sticky

I know of those, thanks for an honest post, but if the sticky answered for everyone, then there is no point to the forums. Hence, why I am asking for others' opinions. Does the sticky say what percentage of people on /fit/ like those? No.

Thanks. Haven't looked into this in depth. Have you gone from iso to full body? Any noticeable differences?
how dense can you be OP? this is actually hilarious, are you new? you gotta be

No. Care to explain where this is in the sticky?>>40848877

I would take this to bodybuilding forum or look at their archives. Most people on here just talk shit and don't even lift.
It depends on what point in working out you're at.
Assuming you're a beginner (?), try
Squats
- take 5 mins cooldown walk
Deadlifts
Bench Press
- rest upper body with leg press machine or something
(Weighted) Pullups
Rows
- rest upper body with calf exercise
Dumbbell OHP
Pec Flys
Preacher Curls
Don't snap your shit up though
If you're a novice, Alphadestiny's novice program or ICF 5x5
been doing this works really well
