this week is enchiladas and chicken teriyaki. proton muffins for breakfast and or egg white oatmeal. salads for lunch.
Some kinda meat and vegetables at work idk our menu changes every day so I'll figure it out when I get there

oats with milk and cocoa powder
greek yogurt with a walnut and a bit of honey
a banana
Mid-morning meal
A turkey and cheese sandwich
An apple
Lunch
1 egg + 3-4 whites omelette with tomato and cottage cheese
3 small pork fillets
2 tangerine
Afternoon meal
About 100g of whatever nuts I have at home
2 kiwis
Dinner
2 poached eggs on a toast with cottage cheese

fries (400-500g)
pork
2 or 3 scrambled eggs
snack:
chocolate
peanut butter (100g)
soy milk- vainilla soy protein powder (2 scoops)- creatine shake
dinner:
probably ordering some chinnese food, if so it will be chao fan with meat
