Depends what you're into bro. I like music that gets me pumped up and my blood flowing when I'm picking things up and putting them down again, bands like sabaton. For steady state cardio I like more chilled stuff like traxx - discovery, stuff that kickstarts my imagination. Cardio where I'm really hoofing it, I like fast paced stuff like haezer - dominator

Free Will Sacrifice-Amon Amarth

I exclusively listen to 1017 BRICKSQUAD CARTEL. Don Mega's albums with Waka Flocka and Gucci are GOAT lifting albums.

Emmure - Look at yourself
Com Truise - In decay
Nine Inch Nails - With Teeth

Kingston Wall - shine on me
Austrian Death Machine
It's the best music for lifting. It's an Arnold Schwarzenegger tribute band and the lead singer wrote this music while addicted to steroids and foud raging so hard he tried to murder his wife. I specifically reccomend listening to "Pumping and Humping" and "One more Rep". On the way to the gym, going down the highway chugging preworkout I blast "It's Turbo Time" to get really fucking amped.

I listen to Renegade Soundwave when I work out. The beats are sick and they help me concentrate on working out. I like to start my workout with their self-titled song from 1994 (it's on Howyoudoing?) and follow it up with the leftfield remix. After that, I just play one of their dub albums for the rest of the workout. Lately though, I've been listening to the /mu/ essentials chart in order and trying to time it so I'm listening to either a hip hop or metal album when it's time to workout.
These two are top tier:

Metal that has a groovy/melodic rhythm that doesn't get too fast or complex is the sweet spot for lifting.
