Assuming you are a destitute skinnyfat NEET that has been sedentary for years, does eating right and working out make you ANY taller at all, like even .5"? I am so fucking close to 5'10" but I am a neglected NEET so I feel like it's my lack of muscle and my shitty posture temporarily fucking me over, because I can basically touch 5'10 in the morning when gravity hasn't been compressing my back.

Can anyone confirm or deny this shit?

well, let me put it this way, I used to pass by a door frame before lifting and my head wouldn't touch, after lifting my head now touches with the ceiling , which means my posture is fixed.

Well, not sure if this is just a meme, but do stretching/yoga. Even if it doesn't make you taller, it will at least prevent you from getting shorter, as well as improving your posture.
If you think that's gay as fuck just look up YouTube videos, and do them at home after you lift. It doesn't have to be for too long, a good 30 minute session should be good enough.
