Idiot kys just because you feel it beginning to deteriorate doesn't mean it's actually happening fucking faggot.

You can go a month without training and eating like shit and gain it back within 1-2 weeks in the gym.

I stopped lifting completely for 8 months and after 2 months coming back I broke my old PR's.
