Honestly, I think you should keep your cardio as light as possible, but do some for health reasons, and just lift the heaviest shit you can twice a week.

Your diet is way more important. You would be better off bulking for three months and not lifting or doing anything at all just so you could get some meat on your bones.

It's easier to bulk into a cut than trying to gain size while working out.

If you're already having difficulty getting enough calories to grow in size, expending more calories through exercise is just going to fuck you.

Honestly this, OP. Instead of GOMAD though, do protein shakes. there's a really good recipe passed around here, it's basically whole milk, protein powder, peanut butter and oats just blended together.

You'll get more protein this way, more carbs, less fat.

You could also try pot. It does tend to make people hungry.

i'm 5'8 and around 180 and i also ride a lot (around 300 km/week now and ~500 in the summer) plus i go the gym 3 times a week. i bulked up from 70 kg pretty easily despite my TDEE being almost 4000 in the summer.

every morning i made 1 liter shake consisting of oats, chocolate milk, peanut butter, cashew nuts, banana and protein powder. it was over 2000 calories. for lunch i'd make 0.5 kg of rice and some kind of meat. i snacked on dairy and nuts. i cooked only once in a day and it was still easy as shit to gain weight. the only problem was getting used to eating that much food.

After first month, either investigate other programmes. Or add some accessories to ss and keep going until you plateau. Pull ups, and alternate power leans and rows between sessions...
Don't gomad. Also don't eat too much. Depending on you current condition just add a little more protein while trying to clean the diet up - food, not junk. Best rule is, if you can't make it, don't eat it. Low gi carbs preferably...
