The main problem here is that you think these four letters can give a comprehensive description of your personality(thus you think I got a different result this time, so I must be a different person now which you very well might be but not for the reasons you think). It simply cant. The characteristics you see on the 16personalities website is nothing more than an usually shared ways of behaving.

I think socionics does a better job when it comes to the typology because it works with cognitive functions and how they are structured in an individuals psyche(which just gives you the supposed way of how you process the information that comes from within and outside)

Also one thing I should mention is that, we have to define the difference between content and how that content is processed. For example you want to internalize a new way of behavioral pattern. Controlling your certain emotional reactions regarding outside stimuli e.g: a girl approaching you. Your typology can have something to do with this but it's not the sole reason. The culture you were raised in or your past experiences will have much more impact than your "type" but the way you process this modification process is more related to your type.(content and how it's process. There is also another point which is related to the weak mental functions and how an individual tries to improve some of them but that's another topic)

To sum it up my friend, your type doesnt change. The things you focus on or you expressions in different situations can but that doesnt indicate you out of nowhere have a completely different cognitive structure. If you are an "intj", you are/were always an intj but "whateveryournameis" is more than an intj.
