Is paleo better or worse than keto? What's the difference?

i don't because it's a stupid fad diet

It's a great way to eat healthy. As long as you are not making all the stupid Paleo desserts that use honey and all the cheats.

Just eat lean meats, eggs, veggies and a small amount of nuts.

If you train hard add potatoes.

It really is a healthy way of eating. If you cut dairy for a month then start it up again you will tell if you have lactose tolerance. I had no issues and do Paleo with some cheese. Sometimes I will have potatoes or a simple grain like rice, but mostly just meat and veggies.

No difference, Some dude coined the term and passed it off as his own. It is short for paleolithic age (When we were hunters and gatherers) The paleo diet is supposedly similar to what we ate back then. Exept our food now is heavely modified and comes from every continent in the world.

a "Real" paleo diet wouldn't have alot of diversity or quantity due to seasons and continent.
