How long to go from 0.5/1/1.5/2 to 1/2/3/4?
Double
I'd say you're about half way there

Anywhere between six months to a year depending on hard hard you train/eat/sleep.
>>40824137
6-9 months assuming you don't fuck around.
>>40824137
year of good lifting with bad diet
You're not going to get 1/2/3/4 natty
Really dumb question, but these are 1RM's? Or 5x5's?
>>40824239
obvious bait, but because some noobs are going to read this and actually believe this.
2/3/4/5/ is achievable natty, as I am past all these except ohp,
once you get stronger you believe more people can actually lift heavier because you yourself can almost lift that.
I think its possible to get 3/4/5/6 natually probably even higher really doubt OHP but for sure bench squat and deadlift. 4 plate bench prob being the hardest of these.
ive been lifting for a bout 6 years tho so take it for what its worth. but it is definitely possible to hit these numbers.

Yeah it's possible natty. 2 pl8 OHP is insane though, I only know one guy that can do 2/3/4/5.

Noob question: do you guys mean 1/2/3/4 as one rep max? Or for five reps?
