i lift and do cardio at home, so technically none but
>~20 minutes 5x a week lifting
>2-5 hours a week cardio
if you're wondering why i spend so little time lifting, it's because i've just gotten back after a long break. i've dropped the weight of my 5x5 sets by 40-60% so i can make sure i'm using correct form, and because i've been eating so little (lost my entire appetite for some reason, so i struggle to eat 1 regular sized meal a day) that i didnt want to risk overreaching too quickly. i've also decided to only go up 5 lbs a week on the major compounds, rather than 5 a session, until my ability to recover returns to normal.

120 minutes 4x per week. (1hr of cardio since I'm fat). Also approx 60 mins 3x per week at my own house. Down over 50lbs so far, almost at where I wanna be.
