Can anybody diagnose my complex injury?

Three years ago when deadlift in I got a pain in the side of my lower back/top of glute. It's not a pulled muscle, it's something deep inside that will give a shooting pain whenever I accidently agrivate it.
>>
I desperately need the help because I haven't been able to work my lower body at all, and it doesn't seem like it's going to ever self heal.
>>
Pinched sciatic nerve, probably slip a disc that is putting pressure on the nerve

Thanks for the reply. Not sure if it's this though. I definitely didn't do anything to the disks. The lain has never been in my spine or even really in the muscles.

you deadlifted

Did you even read the wiki link? It doesn't feel like it's in your spine or muscles

The wiki talks about the origin of the injury being the spinal disk. I'm sure one would know if they messed up part of their spine. I definitely have never felt it there, so could it still be sciatica?

This is what a doctor is for. Go see one.
On behalf of you and everyone thinking they'll help you, shut up and go see a doctor.
>>
>shooting pain

Go see a neurologist, that's a classic symptom of nerve damage.

I'll most likely get pain killers and a long physio waiting list.

Probably. Haven't got money for that though.

nerve damage...go see doctor....
if you live in shitty country without an NHS, buy insurance....wait a few months...use it for the injury...

I love in London, where are you? Could you come over and massage me please?

Whats this picture from?

Also could be a pinched abductor, try groin stretches. Just my two cents.
