Iv been lifting for two mounths now and been seen gains in my arms and chest but I still have a pouch belly. How do I get rid of it?

Eat less.
If that fails, eat less
If that fails, eat less.

Either get enough muscle and drop bodyfat%, look shredded with abs
or cut now and be total skelly.
Since gaining muscle is most efficient in 11-15% range, if you are lean now just do lean bulk, if too fat cut

>Eat less calories than you burn a day
>Get .82g of Protein per pound of bodyweight
>Get .45g of fat per pound of bodyweight
Here's what I wish I did when I started out as a 5'9" 130lbs skelly
>Cut down to 10-12% bodyfat
>Start a LEAN bulk of 200-300 extra calories
>Eat clean too, drink only water and coffee and shakes
>Reduce carb intake and eat more protein and fat
>Lift HEAVY on a linear progression program, 3x per week
If you are increasing the weight by 5-10 pounds per workout, than within 1 year you will have some fairly respectable lifts. When you are lifting respectable weight your muscles will grow and reflect that.
It really is that simple. Don't complicate things, cut down, do SS or Greyskull, eat clean and don't be a slob, and you will become aesthetic within a short period of time.

so if Im 6'0 and weigh 185 I gotta eat 217g of protein a day? Help me out here how the hell do I hit that number on a cut?
>>40812789
no. you would need around 150g protein. how can you be this stupid?
>>40812789
>can't do basic math
>185 x 0.82 =151.7g of protein
>>40812789
>185 × 0.8 = bigger number
>>40812770
>If you are increasing the weight by 5-10 pounds per workout, than within 1 year you will have some fairly respectable lifts.
>3 workouts x 52 weeks
>5-10pounds added per workout
>780-1560lbs added to each lift
Lean bulk master race
>>40812814
Also 0.8 is for lean bodyweight not fat, so thats probably closer to 100g
>>40812830
Well it doesn't quite work like that but you can definitely hit 1/2/3/4 within a year if you are lifting correctly and eating enough
>>40812850
Your newness is showing

>>40812808
I divided
>>40812891
>217g of protein a day?
>I divided
>185/.82 = 225g
>Still can't do basic math

eat less lipid or glucid but still enough to gain some mass. Just in the limit, you see? Not too much but not too less.
Keep the proteins high though
you might also have Anterior Pelvic Tilt, which makes belly pout more than it should.

>Anterior Pelvic Tilt
how to fix?
