That and proportions. They don't have the jaw to pull off just the hair, so they grow beard to broaden their face a little, then they realize their face ain't long enough so they let it grow longer.

Or they start wit the beard, notice the long hair makes them look just like a bum, so they try something different.

Bench, any row, any curl, forearm roll outs, cable crunches, any tricep excercise, any extra shoulder work

Day b, rack pulls, any shoulder press or another chest press, weighted chins(don't go crazy) weighted sit ups, any curls, more forearm work

Add any additional leg work/calves or accessories if you want

I literally just repeat this one day on one day off
