Graduating senior, survived four years at creighton. I almost transferred freshman year and didn't. Creighton kinda sucks but tbqh you do get really good opportunities here if you're willing to work hard, stuff you won't find at most other schools. If you genuinely hate it transfer but otherwise stick with it for four years like I did and you might end up a lot better off.

Mirin' I got my M.S. in physics there and will be moving back to Columbus in August. Rpac is pretty good but the benches are shit quality since they're so narrow. No other complaints though. Me and one of the other trips from plg (MA) will be lifting at power shack in Hilliard.

Columbus Lifting Co is the best gym in Columbus by far though if you're really serious about powerlifting. It's like $55/month though, which kinda blows.

where are you from? if you live anywhere people consider to be a "nice" city then you're going to absolutely hate BR. it's dirty, no culture, white trash and niggers everywhere. no nightlife outside of tigerland which is mostly just frat douches and bar skanks anyway, although there are many hot girls. that said, the only time of the year anyone from outside Louisiana gives a shit about BR is during football season. the rest of the state (save for new orleans, BARELY) only gets worse.

LSU itself is great. A lot of development and renovation going on and the programs and professors are top notch. I love the school, I just absolutely hate the city. I spend a lot of time with my tulane friends in new orleans on weekends because there's just fuckall going on here in the spring.

if you have other D1 scholarship options I'd tell you to explore them. being from ATL and coming here gave me a lot of regrets, I can't wait to move back to a place that feels like modern civilization. I wish I had gone to UGA
