my 4.5k diet is finally paying of I've went form 66kg to 71 in the last month and a half.
still a 6ft2 skelly but I'm on the way.

Started to seriously lift recently to gain some weight.

My meals when I'm in work are usually.
Breakfast:
100g of oats 375kcal
20g of flax and goija seeds 100kcal
500ml of milk 320kcal
Chicken and stuffing wholegrain sandwich 495kcal
Lunch:
150g of wholegrain pasta 500kcal
150g of boiled chicken 247 kcal
35g whey protein 143kcal
500ml milk 320kcal
Lunch:
Weight gainer 375kcal
150g wholegrain pasta 500kcal
150g boiled chicken 247kcal
500ml milk 320kcal
roughly 4k calories then some nuts and fruits through the night that bring me up another 500 kcal.
