Hey fit, my strength hasnt really moved durIng my cut so far and id like to hop on a good proven program for the rest of my cut leading into my bulk. The question i have is what is best for me to run with my stats
Bench:185
Squat:225
OHP:125
Deadlift:230
Bodyweight:156
Pic related is me. Trying to get to as low as a bodyweight as i can to make for a long ass bulk.

Pick any beginner program in the sticky. Youre still solidly in noob gains so you should be able to increase your strength while cutting without much problem.

I would say keep running your program you use on your bulk while cutting with good intensity and volume. If you lose some strength, no biggie.

What's good is that you got decent legs, shoulders, chest, and arms. Once you chip away that fat through that calorie deficit, normies will think you're ripped, or "sport body".

Don't sweat it too much man. What's your cut looking like?

if your linear progression has run its course then you're not really gonna get much stronger unless it's from form improvements

if you wanna cut, you can reduce volume but keep the same thing you're doing now. lift heavy to hang on to your strength though
