I've never done it but it reminds me of backpacking the Sierra's. After 10miles up a mountain your legs and ever muscle attached to them are jelly.
Surely this machine can work the same way if I stay on it for like an hour?
I do level 20 (max) for 20 minutes at the end of every work out, and every other day for an hour instead of lifting. I have huge legs and literally never do leg day, my cardio endurance is phenomenal, and I've gone from ((powerlifter)) 230 at 6'4 to 185 and heading to shred city.
