Should I fix this by skipping squats and training upper body every workout or something?
Also I'm on 1500kcal cut (my tdee is 3200 as I am 285/6'3 cunt), should I eat 2000kcal on lifting days to maximize my beginner gains?

those lifts are fine for never working out. I started at 20kg bp and 65kg squat. Now im at 95kg bp and 125kg squat for reps and I trained both equally.

Diet hard before you even start lifting, you have to eat less to build strength at a lower weight.

Train full body, stop training legs when you hit 3or 4 plate deadlift, 2 or 3 plate squat, if you're worried about having strong legs and back.

A squats, bench press, barbell rows
B squats, ohp, deadlift
Ive added calf raises, barbell curls, close grip bench press, shrugs and skullcrushers to it tho

I was a 62 kg extremly hungry skeleton when I started and even then I didnt have a problem benching 50 kg for reps. My very first 1RM deadlift with absolute SHIT form was 2plaet.

As someone else at 6'3, bench and chest exercises in general will always be our hardest lifts. We have to move the bar further than those shorter than us.

Well, it happens. I could press 30kg at most when I started. I was 60kg/185cm. I also heavy pretty narrow shoulreds, dunno if that matters
