all my lifts are steadily going up except for OHP which has been completely stuck for a year now at 144 lbs, I'm training my side and back delts too, what the fuck am I doing wrong?

Probably not much.
OHP is hard as fuck to progress on after 1pl8.
The only thing I would say, is do it more often. Shoulders recover fast and you can hit them often.

yeah this. ive been stuck at 1pl8 for the longest time and i finally broke my plateau and did 140lbs.
OHP takes the longest to progress. if it was as easy to progress as with other lifts, you'd see people repping 2pl8s casually. truth is, it's simply a tough as fuck lift.

Try dumbbell shoulder press too. As an assistance or accessory after your big lifts (so maybe 3-5x8-12). I sometimes get spooked about stability on OHP and shoulder press has helped me get some more control at the top.

yes. do 3x5 with as high as you can go then do 40 more reps so like 3x15 with lower weight that is still challenging to complete (2-3 reps short of failure on last rep)

The best thing I've done for bench was drop sets with increasing reps. Going from a heavy triple all the way down to a set of twelve, dropping 10 pounds each increment.

yep, but you would probably get more benefit if you did db chest press (normal or incline) or weighted dips. spoto press and close grip bench can help too.

PUSH PRESS, single best movement to help OHP progress. Also incline bench is pretty good since it helps with the beginning portion of OHP.

go on a proper bench program then. no point in trying to grind it out. look into 28 free and its bench programs. pic related is from 28 and both are awesome bench programs
