It is a good exercise?
Schwarzenegger said that it is a great exercise to expand your ribcage, any truth in that sentence?
Should be in chest or back day?
I've been doing it with chest day for the last two weeks. For a short period after doing each set, if I hunch over, I feel a strain on my ribcage, and it goes away if I straighten out, so whether or not it's working is anybodies guess at this moment.

I do them as an accessory on chest days, 3x12 or 5x12. Right now about 35-40lbs, three minutes rest.

Cartilage you nigger. It supposedly stretches it. Thats the theory behind it at least, as others have said it probably just works the serratus making your ribcage look bigger.

Don't confuse forcing you to flex a muscle due to shoulder positioning with it actually doing something. Your lats are the main movers in a pullover.

I do em every workout...im weak as fuck..been pissing around in the gym for 3 months n now just started SS.....I can 1 plate squat/bench and dl....(WOW for 9 years)...but i can do 30kg 3x12 and my triceps and rear delt have grown loads....not sure about the ribcage and my neglect of all other exercises but its a great one to include... Full range of motion on the tricep unlike shitty wires and horizontal extensions...
