AFAIK the only point of IF is if it fits your schedule and you feel good when doing it. The gains in the end won't be much different.
You -may- benefit from having regular protein intake tho, compared to IF, but there are no studies confirming this.

B) drop calories, try to get ~0.7% BW loss per week until you're satisfied. Or just drop calories to 2000, but keep protein sufficiently high.

usually I have no problem getting the bar in position, but I just couldn't fucking get my lowbar shelf going at all. took me 15 fucking minutes before I could even get the empty bar where I wanted it. after that, warmups went okay, but then I got to my top sets and my hips felt tight, and I couldn't seem to get the hamstring stretch to work for me at all.

Just make sure you have a tight set up and you should not have a problem lifting the weight with good form.

Take a deep breath tense your core and activate your legs before you pull, if you can not lift it without looking like a stray cat then drop the weight and fix your form and do not slip up on form when increasing the weight and you will be stronger.
