Also, I ate it at a restaurant once. Tasted different, but definitely good. Kinda chewey, Would eat more often/10

Though I do cover them in various choped herbs (rosemary, oregano whatever I feel like)

Most of the bad smells I notice are just from the meat itself being gamey. The mince (whether it's straight up normal mince or burgers) is so disgusting, I couldn't eat it.
