I'll never get the 0% nicotine thing, but to each their own. I vape, not one of those obnoxious set ups, nor do I do it anywhere smoking isn't allowed, just to stop smoking. As anecdotal as it may be, after a month my appetite returned, and after a bit my smokers cough disappeared. Haven't smoked in like 3 years because of it.

No but I started at 24mg, down to either 3 or 6 depending on the brand of juice I'll buy. Really isn't that important to me to quit nicotine completely, just glad to not be smoking a pack a day anymore.

Using it to stop smoking like it's actual intended use. Started at 18mg/ml nicotine now at 3mg/ml. Need to make the jump to 0 soon...
