Brine dat shit boi. 30 min to 4 hours in 1:16 salt to water solution, garlic cloves, peppercorns, bay leaves. Pat dry and coat with olive oil. Rub salt pepper garlic powder and spices like paprika to curry powder to Italian seasoning. Bake at 450 for 20-25 min.
