Life doesn't work like this, there are no shortcuts. You either take the long road and get good long lasting results or find a way to cheat your way to success for temporary results and a long line of consequences.

Not to mention just how pervasive habits are. There is no way in hell that his surgery will suddenly remove his eating habits and judging by how the fatty has handled improvement thus far, I don't think he'll suddenly be able to manage it.
