So I've been biking pretty much every day for the last 2 years. My legs hurt when I get going but then it goes away.
Well this winter I got a gym membership and I haven't really biked in a couple months but MY LEGS STILL HURT every time I flex them or use them.
Is there anything I can do besides wait? Cycling season is coming up.
