Lots of time spent fucking about and flip flopping on bulking or cutting because of the eternal "im too small, now im too fat" shit.

The last year or so though I finally committed to bulking and lifting properly, and now I've done a pretty decent cut, still going for a bit more fat loss and maintain over summer, then just gonna try and keep getting stronger but slowly.

Have you tried relearning your bench form? At some point, increases in lifts (which transfer over to increases in muscle) come better and more consistently from perfecting one's form than from continuing with the same form and working on routine/diet

How hard is it for you to eat more?

Coming from the other end of the spectrum I've found it to be overall pretty easy to stop eating so much junk, but on shows like Supersize vs. Superskinny that seems to be the trend with fatties. The skinny people on the show are never able to eat a normal portion without some kind of anxiety attack or making excuses. It's weird because I could munch down on a chocolate bar covered in peanut butter for breakfast and follow it up with a 5-stack of pancakes, I love eating huge portions of good food and I could do it all day every day if I'd let myself.

I'm still cutting (270 -> 185) and for today I have already eaten 553/1700 calories. I wanted to drink a bit of vodka but after throwing it in the calc that's another 400 calories that wouldn't help me feel satisfied in the least

Adjustable dumbells that go up to 75lbs each. I switch between lower weight with higher reps, and higher weight with lower reps.

I do full body workout about 4 times a week, usually including some combination of the following exercises.

Dumbell deadlift

One-arm dumbell rows

Chest:

Bench (incline/decline and flat)
Dips
Chest flyes

Arms/shoulders:

Overhead press
Curls
Chin-ups
Tricep extensions

Hanging leg raises
Windshield wipers

Legs:

Buy plates irl from Walmart or wherever. This is the bench I got, I would say it's about $250 worth of equipment, plates are kind of expensive.

The bars themselves aren't perfect, lots of chipping, and the bar is quite thin so you need to use gloves when lifting higher weights, it's not a matter of being a pussy these things will literally rip your skin off without gloves.

i change it up a lot, for the most part it was push-pull-legs day, often skipping leg day and just doing some leg exercises at the end of every pull/push session. currently just doing fullbody with different accents.
