STOP EATING CARBS
I can't.
>finish workout
>have non-stop carb cravings until I go to sleep
Even if I give in and eat a good amount, the cravings don't stop. I think I could 500 grams of starch from potatoes and I'd still want more.
sorta related, do you guys have a carb heavy meal that has a placebo effect on you?
I ask because that's how i feel about oats, like i've put them on a pedestal because of /fit and everytime i eat them my body get an instant energy buzz because it thinks they're the best thing i can feed it

I don't eat any really. After 2-3 days of obstaining your body will go through ketosis and start utilizing you body fat for energy instead of carbs. By this point you don't get hard core cravings or even that hungry very often and your diet becomes way more manageable. Like today, all I've had was red meat and a protein shake; 1000 calories

Just overnight oats. With whey and PB Fit powder. Only carbs all day. Might cut those since I can't get time for sprints like I want.

I eat 200g of carbs daily and still lose 1.5lbs per week. Keto is a meme.
I find the best way to fight carb cravings is to eat a heavy meal that has a starch mixed in. For instance today I'm really craving carbs but I'm going to make a pad thai dinner that seems big because it is full of shrimp, egg, bean sprouts, a little tofu, etc. while actually only having ~65 carbs and 70g of protein
