I like Yoga with adrienne because she reminds me of an old jew version of my first gf but the most useful stretching videos for me where California Strengths stretches for Oly lifting series.

I've been doing starting stretching since New Year's, 3-4 times per week, on my off days. Definitely noticed flexibility gains, but I don't know what the benefit of the underarm should stretch is. I also worked my way up to being able to do a real backbend (hands and feet on the ground), and it mostly is just hard on my muscles, doesn't feel like a "stretch."

i wish i did gymnastics instead of ice hockey when i was younger.
ice hockey damages the body - taking all those hits - especially since i was skinny. bad for the back, microconcussions.
but do gymnastics - they all look perfect health - flexible, strong, used to movement. plus you are around women with beautiful bodies as well. and your only competition will be other male gymnasts who are mostly fags
