Chest

>Deadlift, 3 sets,10 reps.
>Bentover Barbell row, 3 sets, 10 reps
>T-bar rows, 3 sets, 10 reps.

Legs
>Squats (Can't do barbells) 3 sets, 10 reps.
>Quad curls 3 sets, 10 reps
>Hamstring curls, 3 sets, 10 reps
>Calf dips, 3 sets, 10 reps

Abs
>Ab crunch, 3 sets, 10 reps
>Flutter kicks, 3 sets, 10 reps
>Russian side twist, 3 sets 10 reps
>Planks, 30-60 sec, 3 sets

Biceps
>Alternating curls 3 sets, 10 reps.
>Hammer curls, 3 sets, 10 reps
>Concentration curls, 3 sets, 10 reps.

Triceps
