Give me advice. I'm 6'2 and 220lbs. I used to weigh 298lbs, hence stress marks. What mode do I into? I'm starting to think THICC is the only option. Should I cut/bulk?

Only showing upper body because my legs are shit due to a torn meniscus. I can't do any leg workouts :(

I know I have a long way from making it, any advice is welcome.
