better than the gym for what? flexibility? probably.
for strength, fatloss, durability etc? no

>better than the gym
Better for what? That is entirely subjective depending on your goals. If your goal is bodybuilding, then obviously yoga is not better than 'the gym'. If your goal is to be able wrap your legs around your own head then yeah, yoga is much better. Not all excercise is the same.
But then again it is a clickbait title with a clickbait thumbnail so I don't know why I'm even responding

>for strength
you're forgetting that grills can't into weight training very well, so yoga is probably just as good for that
improving your flexibility is great

Not true at all

Every time i want to try this shit, it ends with me being discouraged after watching them doing more complex movements in a minute than i do in an hour of working out. Have to do it in front of TV or something.

>better flexibility
People said to me that you can't increase flexibility because the pain you feel when stretching will always stay the same. Is it true?

she stretches that too

we all know what women's goals are anyway

It's true. With the help of a camera you can gain as much attention or more than you would going to a gym, all from the comfort of your own living room, or in this case balcony.

There's no such thing as "female workouts"
>>40760422
For the average western woman who won't actually go to a gym except once every few weeks and only when they "feel fat" or "feel ugly"? Yeah.
Daily morning yoga workouts are convenient and "memey" enough to keep them hooked.
Occasionally going to the gym to pretend to GET STRONG or spend 20 minutes walking slowly on a treadmill to burn off three bites of that cheese cake or newyork style slice of pizza is relatively pointless. People who did did basic daily exercise routines saw great amounts of weight loss and weight loss maintenance compared to people who did not.
