I need advice fit.
I started lifting a year and a half ago, went from auschwitz to near otter mode (gained 25kg), but one thing is stopping me - Bloated stomach.
I know it's not fat, I'm pretty low bf (about 15%), but my belly just stands out - almost like a roid gut. Especially after I eat or need to piss, it looks like I'm 4 months preggo.
And I don't know why. I deadlift and squat a lot, so my core should be stable.
I tried to go off creatine, but it didn't help. Any advice?
My stomach is okay and I almost have a sixpack in the morning, but after I eat, drink, need to piss, I look bloated af. But only in my stomach. Rest of body has nice definition.

Pick one.
Also do stomach vacuums and fix the anterior pelvic tilt that you most likely have.

>15% bf
>abs
Unless you have weird genetics of overly developed abs you won't see them without being lean.

Also watch your salt intake.

This is a combination of
>Bodyfat over 12-13%
>Roids
>Squats & Deadlifts over 100kg without belt
>Lordosis
Figure out which apply to you and fix them

Wait do you actually need to get a belt to squat and dead big?

It's your breathing dude. It's sound illogical, but breathe in when under load, breath out when not.

No, unless you care about your gut sticking out

My movements felt a lot more natural and those lifts involved my abs to a larger degree once I started using a belt. Might be because of bad mobility, but for keeping balance in the squats was especially helping.

Not if you have an iron core of the gods. Which you do not if you have to ask.
