If you were a guy, you would look soft though, so take that as you will.

I'd recommend you just eat at maintenance so you don't get fat. If you start getting leaner, you could go on a slight bulk again. Rinse and repeat if your goal is strength.

My routine is all over the place. Jiu-jitsu is my main passion so I can't really go hard af with the weights if I'm training in the evening (which is pretty much every night).
I'll switch between squats and deads, and then either work legs or back.
I'm a weakfag, so I'm at 140 3x7 DL, 110 3x7 SQ and all my upper body stuff is abysmal.
