Pointless question without knowing your starting point and training history. Muscle memory is real, someone who has never worked out will take much longer than someone that was an athlete at some point, even if they both sat around doing nothing for the past decade.

This is a lie.
It is very easily attainable naturally, certainly within 2-3 years depending on level of effort and consistency.
Leg development here is modest at best, as is chest development.
Conditioning isn't anything exceptional.
People who say this isn't achievable naturally, think they know how to train and eat, they'll say things like:-
"training more than 3x per week will lead to overtraining"
"i eat an extra 500 calories per day but never gain weight"
