Should I be worried about shoulder grinding/ popping?

I typically don't get pain in them, but i have on a few occasions. I asked a physiotherapist about it and he told me not to worry but i went to do a push up earlier and i could feel something sort of pop in the joint. I'm worried brahs.

Yea my rotator cuff is fucked in my right shoulder. Look up some of Jeff's rotator cuff exercises on AthleanX. I'm looking into it hoping itll help strengthen my rotator cuff.

In my personal experience all the pops etc have been a result of bad form or bad mobility (causing bad form). Change the form, fix the mobility, no more pops. Again, just my experience.

Yes, I had tendonitis from it even before i started lifting because of my job (which required alot of heavy lifting). My family has a history of joint problems. Also look into supplementing some fish oil or get omega 3s in your diet for joint lubrication.

Its 100% natural, normally its a muscle tendon slipping over another muscle or bone causing that 'pop' sound. Alternatively it can also be liquid escaping from the joint, same as how people can 'pop' their fingers when they stretch them, no harm or injuries here.

You haven't damaged anything and you wont damage anything due to it. Normally light exercise loosens up the muscle and it stops eventually.

No, real science. Ive had an MRI done on my shoulder and they found that a have a microscopic tear in my rotator cuff. Because of that tear i developed tendonitis from it.
