I have a millonaire friend who's dad has the best Home Gym I have ever seen, with hydromassage pool, benches, weights, machines, racks, treadmills, a big sauna, Turkish bath, Tv screens, mirrors and all the stuff a professional Gym has.
I'm moving to a new house with lots of free space.
How much would buying a Home Gyn like this cost?

Remove the pool and the price is manageable over a few years. You're probably making average income so focus on important stuff like a squat cage, adjustable bench, and deadlift platform. Then get dumbbells, curl bar, mirrors, treadmill TV. Machines are pointless, maybe a lat pull down machine at most and possibly a leg press.
The first half should be cheap. The extra junk will be the kicker.
