His narcissistic personality, delusions and political views aside. Jason has very strong opinions of things he doesn't know much about. While the advice he gives is not always wrong, it's often overly simplistic and unscientific. No citations and a lot of personal input. He probably knows this himself and that's why he'll never delve deep into a topic at the risk of showing vulnerability.

His views on dieting and the supplement industry have become so biased and hate induced he'll refuse to acknowledge whey protein as a useful tool to meet macros. Which at least where i'm from is the cheapest source of protein per whatever unit of money you want to use.

Hell he even bashes tracking macros nowadays. Anything that isn't intuitive eating is basically an eating disorder according to him. Any form of discipline or unorthodox training method is apparently mental problem. He's very hung up on his way of doing things in general. Maybe that's why he's a fat fuck that keeps failing at every goal he set in life.
