/fit/ should i keep cutting to finally get shredded abs? Im 5ft 8 and 138 lbs i dont want to be too big so if i cut down a bit more to reveal the abs will be ok for beach or too skinny?
You should squat more, ohp more and do more pull-ups. You could put off cutting til later.

I'm 5ft8 and 145lbs. I'd be officially 'underweight' if I dropped to ~10body fat. I don't know if dropping to 120 would be safe to achieve ottermode like I want.

You need to bulk. You can already see your abs but you're lacking in every single other muslce group.
Gotta do way more lats, shrug more, more squats, and more chest.
