I'm currently doing his program. Did 160kg diddly x 5

It's 3rd mini cycle, progression on easy to do exercises with a bit of volume mixed in. Next step is more intensity based.

Example exercises I did in last 6weeks:
Zercher squats, reverse grip bench, floor presses, quite a bit of row variations.

In general workouts are structured like this
Dynamic warm up
Explosive movement with emphasis on posterior chain
Heavy compound, deadlift or squat variation
Press or row
Core or grip exercises

Lifting everyday possible and doing gomad.

I'm currently sitting on 96kg bodyweight with quite a bit of fat, but I'm not worried about that, focusing on strength gains.

Most exercises are done with warmup sets of 5, until weight is so heavy you cant do 5th or 3rd rep, and then calculating 1rm off top set and doing "hypertrophy" 3 sets on 40 50 60% RM

I talked to him last Sunday. He had to make vids private on YouTube because of some contract he signed up. It's because the swearing in the videos. The vids will come back up some time soon I think it's related to the wrestling shit he was trying for.

Wonder why he keeps it secret tho.

Some vids like the one with lat pulldown grip training and garlic eating were golden.Also 8k subs now. Literally doubled from 2016.

Honestly I want huge strong back and nice quads the most. I don't care about arms that much, my arms are decent size (for a duel) without isolating biceps at all, the heavy rows and chinups and dips are fucking great.

Thick strong back is the most aesthetic feature one can have.

also not a fan of the new format, loses the buildup of him pacing back and forth yelling to slipknot before making the weight his bitch, can't use 5 minutes of yelling as a preworkout quite as well

he had some issues with shoulder or some shit after bench pressing like a retard for quite a while
same reason he cant do heavy back squats and has to use safety bar for that

Now he barely does pushing exercises especially just standard bench press.

Or maybe hes just fucking mad that he cant press awesome numbers because hes natty
