I mean i started getting my cardio in by following zumba dances. You can find thousands of videos to most popular dance music and if you go into actual zumba music, some shit you've never heard of. You can find the moves from the game Just Dance if you're too poor for that, etc. Even some videos show you had to do quiet cardio if you're in a second/third/etc floor apartment and can't leave (Especially useful for people stuck living with their parents and the underaged hiding amongst us).

There's even ways to modify the moves if you only have two steps of space.

When I can't make it out of the house or just plain feel too gross to leave, I clear out the space (It's legit a tiny fucking space just big enough that I can fan my arms out and not hit anything) and I go for an hour and get in the same workout as if i had done it for thirty minutes with the moves I can't do (Can't jump? March in place. They shuffling? Side steps instead).

There's LITERALLY. NO excuse not to do cardio.

And if you're too poor fag for strength equipment you can get in the absolute basics of beginner strength using household items (I started with waterbottles just to add a LITLE more to my workout).

By the time you surpass the weight you can do at home (get creative not stupid, there's guides for this online too) you should be confident enough to go out in public and work out and be able to use the real equipment. Likewise if you're poor maybe you'll feel more confident getting a better job, or a job in the first place or whatever. No excuses!

I just got done watching the Boil Leg James Saga. Wow. That was... something.

Despite the ridiculous number of excuses James and his family made for themselves ("no one's donating to my gofundme so I'll just eat myself to death"?), I'm left with the impression that these people are genuinely just too stupid to be trusted with a diet plan. People like James are absolute charity cases who can only ever lose weight with a closely controlled diet given to them under professional care.

His girlfriend had plenty of excuses for her enabling behavior, but I don't think the main problem is that she's a pathological liar (she is), but rather that she's too dumb to understand calories in / calories out and much too weak willed to enforce it. No matter how many times Dr. Now explained to her in no uncertain terms that the 800 cal diet was a rule, not a suggestion, she didn't listen.

I get the impression that she thought the couple of days James spent eating his diet would somehow transfer over and help his health even though they quit following it. She wasn't lying when she said "he only cheated a couple of times", she's just really, really stupid (and generous with her definition of cheating).

It's like that boogie2988 video where he talks about how he's made a major breakthrough with dieting because he's now eating a salad with every meal (as though salads are worth negative calories), or the one where he films himself eating a healthy meal and it turns out his idea of "a healthy meal" is grapes and fucking Captain Crunch. These fatties who don't know the first thing about weight loss get obsessed with "nutrition" because they can't handle a caloric deficit, when in truth they don't understand nutrition anyway and even if they did, they'd be much better off just restricting their calories because at their weight even the slightest deficit would shed the pounds away. You can't trust these people with themselves.
