Can /fit/ redpill me on posture? How can I fix this shit? My shoulders are rounded and I reckon my ass sticks out a bit. There's gotta be some sort of "bible" for correcting posture issues, I see a lot of "just fix your posture while you do everyday shit and it'll get better" but can't I do some exercises or stretches? something?

I constantly have to remind myself not to forward head. How do I fix this besides the constant reminder to pull my head back? I'm on my feet 90% of the day, rarely at my desk at work or home anymore.

Okay, I had shit posture forever & I would get aches in my sides for sitting too long.

The last few weeks I've been doing my stretches for apt and been doing some LP for low bar squatting too to help strengthen my hamstrings and it felt good until just then I hurt my back and had to lay on the gym floor for 15 minutes for my mum to pick me up cause I couldn't walk . Right now I can't lift or move my legs and I'm in excruciating pain . What I do??

Good posture gives me that vibe as well. I KNOW the person has good posture, better than mine and so on. But it makes the person look like a nerd who thinks he is a prince, or some really uptight personality I don't know.
