Doesn't matter imo.

Yes. Way more fat than protein.

Keto is supposed to be sustainable, your body burns the fat in your body to use as energy, and you eat more fat to replace it.
If you're eating more protein then that means your body can't replace the fat, good for quick weight loss but it's not sustainable. That method is the atkins diet.

Eat alot of fat, alittle protein, and even less carbs
people like to meme and think that if you eat too much protein you're gonna get thrown out of ketosis, but from my experience this is pretty difficult to achieve. at 160 lbs I've gone upwards of 200g in a day sometimes and never had an issue.
yes too much protein throws you out of keto
I wanted to try it so i was looking up example meals but all i saw was eating eggs and drinking coffee with heavy cream ending up with 180g of fat and 70g of protein. I think i will ditch that becasue yesterday i had only fats and protein and i ended up having a disgusting diarrhea and my stomach is still upset.
Don't do the 80/15/5 meme. That's too low protein and is outdated Atkins.
About .75g/lb

Honestly not trying to be disrespectful, but if you're asking that question, especially asking it here, you're not informed enough to do a ketogenic diet. Far less protein that fat, as excess protein is converted to glucose by gluconeogenesis and will kick you out of ketosis. A big bolus of protein will be especially bad in this way, having protein along with fat is the best way to avoid it, and if you eat too much protein, or too much carbs, take some exogenous ketones, and go do some liss cardio

I had diarrhea too, it went away in a week and my shits went back to normal
Usually i ate far more proteins than fats. Never knowingly went out of ketosis.
