Just started doing a strength routine today after doing balcony bro's routine for two weeks and calisthenics for a few months.

Bench: 65lb dumbells

Well, I did some brosplit for a while (had a pt) with a lot of glute isolation and crazy sets/reps range (6x20) but saw almost no progress despite being on a surplus.
Got serious about lifting and did PHUL with cable donkey kicks (4x8-12) on leg days, then I switched to Candito's Linear Program and I'm getting great results with it, Lower days are:

If you can, do 5~6 days a week, you are a beginner, there is no such thing as "burning" muscle nor overtraining at this level.
I would say get on the SS program, on the off days, get some volume going in the not so much worked body parts.
EG
day 1: squats and bench
day 2: lateral deltoid, traps, calfs and biceps
day3: squats and bench (then oats)
day 4: some vastus lateralis, some triceps, prob some chest
day 5: dead lift and bench
day 6: biceps, triceps and lateral deltoids just because everymale need some of that.
day 7: get drunk eat a lot and fuck bitches
