Can I make gains if I can only go to the gym on the weekends

Must suck working 24hrs a day for 5 days a week

Yes, you can make shit loads of gains if you do deadlifts and some leg work on one day and upper body on the other day. I used to train one day a week doing only deadlifts and had best gains ever
