200kg is highbar or lowbar, hitting 200kg if you above 80kg is possible for anyone with good workouts
for me it was Greg Nucklos 2x beg squat which took me to 200, later I advanced on 3x intadv

2x is working only squat variation (for me its was lowbar), 3x is mon lowbar, wed fronts, fri highbar paused beltless
I did C6W before but I preffer Nucklos (I dl only once a week cuz I got taxed from them and even if I only dl once a week they go up nicley)
I started serious workouts at 160kg squat, but should do It right after stronglifts and dont fuck around with wendler which stalled my gains
with C6W and Nucklos (im still on Nucklos, Nucklos > C6W) it took me 2 months to get 200kg from 160kg

I advise that doing fronts and dl same day on Nucklos is harsh cuz a lot of guessing on fronts. My last session was dl/bench/front

fronts till heavy set of 6 at RPE 8 and then do them till rpe 9
