OP here have to take medical exam as a seafarer after 2 months and i anxious that they will point my choleresterol and ALT levels. Do i have time in 2 months to make my blood test perrect with cardio and good diet ?
I dont even know my fasted result because i ate like a retard the night before ..but i assume i still have cholesterol

The cholesterol and LDL are high if you were fasted. They're a bit hard to interpret otherwise. Either way, it's easy to eat cleaner and get retested at some point.

The lymphocyte count and specific gravity of urine below reference ranges means nothing. Ignore them.
