[Progress] 2.5 Months in, and wanted to share my story

Hey /fit/. I'm new here, but I wanted to share my story in the hopes that it could maybe help inspire others just starting out. In the past 2.5 months, I've put on almost 20lbs, and have never felt better.
I started out at a skeletal 5'10 125lbs.

Routine: Starting Strength, with additional accessory lifts.
Arm Day: Over Head Press 3x5 @ 90% max (after warm up sets)
Barbell Curl: 5x10
Laying dumbbell tricep extension: 5x10
Flys 6 x 10 (3 sets foreward, 3 sets out)
Standing Dumbbell tricep extension 5x10
Leg Day
Squat 3x5 @ 90% max (after warm up sets)
Leg Press 5x10
40 floors on the stairmaster at 120 steps/min or so.
Best Day
Deadlift 4x4 @ 75% max (working on volume. Deadlfting beats the snot out of me)
Pullup 3x5
Lat pulldown 3x10
Chest Day
Bench 3x5 @ 85% max.
Bent over row 5x10
Incline dumbell press 5x10
Tricep Curls 5x10
Dumbell Row 5x10
I'm about to switch to 5/3/1 to add more volume to my main lifts.
Diet: Not very strict. I try to get around 4000 calories of food a day, with at least 100g of protein. I don't really have a set meal plan, just bananas, shakes, protein bars, PB&J and lots of chicken.
If anyone has any questions or advice, I'd be more than happy to answer/listen.
